Trainer Hard Services |
• Identifies the training and development requirements for the staff
• Set the training calendar plan for the department
• Delivers training courses daily at the Training center or on operation sites as appropriate
• Assists team in drafting training content and delivery outlines
• Co-ordinates with the assigned projects to ensure training schedule will meet their needs
• Supports Operations team in projects to develop the Training & Quality Department
• Conducts grading of exams and assessments as directed
• Conduct site Audits
• Supports the Audit team as requested to conduct internal audits of operational sites Self-Management
• Sets performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role
• Contributes to the identification of improvements of systems, processes and practices to enhance business processes and productivity
• Follows all relevant Department Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

• Department Unit requirements, policies and procedures
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Other Qualification:
• A Mechanical /Electrical Engineering Qualification.
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment within Facilities Management.
• Ability to organize, design, deliver and assess trainings.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role with at least 3 years in the GCC.
• Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives.
• Age: Upto 40 yrs.
• GCC driving license is a must.
• Any nationality.
• Prefer candidates from Hotel background.
• Linguistic Ability: English. Hindi, Urdu,Arabic.
