When it becomes apparent there may be an issue with a machine or part, Genetco will immediately alert the principle to expedite the shipping process and when the part arrives in Oman a Genetco Engineer will be dispatched to immediately attend and rectify the fault. 

After the completion of the installation and works on your property, or indeed if you have just purchased one machine, Genetco will offer you a 24x7x365 service. This service is applied through the use of our mobile teams within Muscat. This service is backed up from our workshops in Walja and Ghala. Part of this offer is not only attendance when there is a fault but proactive service on all equipments that will ensure less down time therefore less unhappy customers. Also our Service crew is capable of entering into contracts for AMC’s for all the Kitchen and Laundry areas.
