Warranty support
Full range of Canon printers, multifunctional devices and cameras are service supported through the committed product manufacturer warranty period.
Non-Warranty / After warranty support
Post manufacturer’s warranty period, Non warranty services are available to customers through multiple methods of Service contracts and On-call basis support
FSMA
Full Service Maintenance Agreement – A comprehensive service support contract including labor charges, spare parts, consumables and Periodic preventive maintenance at an agreed rate options.
SSMA
Spares and Service Maintenance Agreement – A service support contract including Spare parts and Service charges. Consumables will be borne by the customer as per their usage.
AMC
Annual Maintenance Contract – A service agreement at nominal annual rate to cover the periodic and break down diagnostic services with spare parts and consumables charged separately on need basis.
Billable Services
A walk in or request based service for non-warranty and non-contractual machines/equipment where a repair estimate is submitted after inspection of defect for customer approval. Work will be carried out on the basis of approved quotations, payments, LPO as applicable.
Check and Clean Contract (for Canon Cameras)
A periodic preventive maintenance scheme at a nominal rate to protect the sensitive equipment with professional services. Excellent choice for Photographer, travelers and passionate outdoor explorer.
