Genetco have served the Royal Court Affairs Property department since 2011, providing Facilities Management Services to some of the most prestigious and iconic buildings in Oman. During our time with RCA we have been part of a transformation in the way these buildings are operated and maintained. Pioneering shared resources on multi building portfolios such as the Royal Mosques from Musandam to Salalah, Genetco have proven to be a reliable and caring service provider with an eye for detail. Our scope includes all operation and maintenance, housekeeping and pest control.

Sports events and their venues must provide a safe environment for the tens of thousands of spectators and fans that attend every month. Genetco are the No. 1 events, stadiums and sports facilities support team in Oman. We care for all 13 national stadiums across the Sultanate of Oman and provide the staff that make sure that spectators enjoy a first-class experience at every event. We provide a total operational solution to the Ministry in each location across the country. Caring for the significant community led developments and investments and supporting sport participation for all in Oman.

Genetco have been caring for the Supreme Court building in Muscat since it was built in 2014, this is a complex and specialized environment requiring an understanding of the activities that take place there. Courtrooms, Royal Oman Police and the supreme court judges have specific requirements and protocols that must be adhered too. Genetco understands these protocols and operates without disruption to the building function as a court and a public building. In 2024 Genetco was awarded maintenance operations for the 7 regional courthouses, the HQ of the Judiciary and 2 additional court houses in Muscat.

For the past 18 Years Genetco have supplied a dedicated support team for the YORK process related equipment and office cooling systems. Our team is fully integrated with the site operations and maintenance department. Onsite we have over 50% Omani technicians, and we are continuously developing our knowledge and experience in this complex and diverse production environment. Industrial maintenance and process equipment knowledge is a rare commodity and Genetco’s know how is growing day by day.

Genetco support the National carrier of Oman in all aspects of building maintenance and repairs. From the Hangars to the business lounge, Genetco staff ensure that Oman Airs assets are well maintained and in service at all times. The Head Office of Oman Air is a diverse workplace with multiple phases of development and incorporates the training simulators for the pilots. The Genetco team, work across these elements and environments seamlessly providing the right solutions every time.

One of the most renowned hotels in the world and oldest in Muscat is supported by Genetco in front of house and back of house services. Our staff working under the management team at the Chedi Hotel are fully integrated in housekeeping and maintenance operations. You cannot separate them by eye or action. Creating value for the Chedi through the significant technical capabilities of the FMES management team in all aspects of Electrical, mechanical and HVAC services. Our staff training center has been designed to provide housekeeping and room servicing training suitable for 5 Star environments.

Genetco have supported Oman Investment Authority in the transition from their original offices to their new purpose built Head Quarters in providing MEP and HVAC operation and maintenance. The new HQ is a complex and exacting office environment requiring close attention to detail and operational excellence in all aspects. Chiller maintenance and operation is crucial to the ongoing security of the services that support this building and its business. Genetco is proud to be a long-term, trusted supplier to the Oman Government Sovereign Wealth Investment arm.

Our longest standing customer, Genetco and CBO have been connected for over 38 years. Providing maintenance services to the mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems as the HQ building has grown over the years. Our onsite team are fully conversant with all the services in the buildings and operate within strict security protocols as you would expect. We are very proud of our team at CBO and the relationship that we maintain with this prestigious and special customer.

Genetco provides complete maintenance services to the headquarters of OETC in Muscat. In the building responsible for the entire electricity network of Oman and its control center, this is a precise and high-pressure environment where simple mistakes may affect the operation of the client. Our operational knowledge of the building and the departments that operate within the building is a specialization of its own. Genetco have worked with OETC since 2020.

The Myriad is the first bespoke designed female accommodation in Oman, offering over 1400 rooms and suites for ladies only. Genetco provide FM services in support of this sensitive and important special environment. Minimizing energy consumption and other costs to create value wherever possible to our client, while maintaining first class comfort conditions for the residents is a daily challenge we enjoy. Genetco are proud to be a part of the team at the Myriad since its opening. Their success is our success, and we will continue to support this essential initiative.
